To get you started, you must have a domain name.  If you do not already own one, we will assist you in finding one suitable for your needs.  Domain name maintenance and purchases can be tricky and a chore in themselves.  Let us help you with that.   Because it does take a measure of figuring out and time to help get it set up properly, pointed to the server and ensure you do not get it stolen from you, we charge an annual fee of $15 per domain name.

Product 2 - Retainer Fee
Once you have your domain name, we will set it up on a high speed server managed by HisHost.com.  There is no charge for hosting if you host at our preferred server providers for the first year.  We offer this FREE of charge.  It includes 75 megs of space and 6000 GB of bandwidth usage per month.  For a new website this is more than adequate.  You can upgrade to a higher end hosting package at any time through HisHost.  HisHost will be happy to accommodate your needs.  Talk to us.

NOTE: If you are representing a non-profit organization, your free hosting package will be obtained through HisHost.net and reflect the special non-profit packages listed there.

The second year budget hosting package cost of $90.00 will be billed to you directly by HisHost.

Your initial retainer fee includes hosting, database setup, installation of up to two pluggins, configuration of your website with one home page, one contact page configured with your contact info, or descriptions of your services or company (about us) and a link or import to your pluggin be it a directory, shopping cart, photo album, newsletter pluggins, a random image module, twitter feed module, forum, community builder plugin, map plugin, media pluggins - depending on your needs.

The content for each page will be supplied and entered by you excepting for the contact page - we will enter your information in for you immediately.  The other pages will be set up and added to the menu as place holders for you to edit.  Also included free of charge is a document explaining how to edit your own content using your web browser.  You can easily prepare content in Word and paste it into your web site page already set up for you.  We are available for consultation should you have questions - email, Yahoo, Aol, phone. (If you want us to handle any portion of your content for you, those services are listed under maintenance and billed separately.)



Follow the instructions on the Thank You page after check out.  Your new website should be up shortly after and someone will be in touch with you.
